On this sunny Thursday, 10th December 2020, our 2020 aviation graduates and staff gathered on the Physics Lawn to enjoy a delightful lunch together as well as partaking in some games and activities. With a gradual return of in-person events, the active exchanges and interactions between staff and students was a welcome sight for all. It was also exciting to see everyone taking part and giving their best in the paper plane challenge, despite the windy weather!
Thank you to everyone who attended this event. We hope that it brought a smile and a memorable experience and we extend our deepest congratulations to the graduates on this significant milestone. A special thank you to Professor Gabriel Lodewijks, who took the time to provide some words of inspiration for the graduates.
As we wind down 2020, AVSOC would like to wish everyone an enjoyable summer holiday and Christmas. Our team is excited to deliver more events for our community, explore new initiatives and continually work towards our visions in the new year! See you all in 2021!
